Every Lunar Threadcraft product is handcrafted.
Slight variations in colour, texture, size, shape, or finish are a natural characteristic of handmade products.
Such variations are not defects and make each piece unique.
Product images are for representation purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (whichever applies to your store).
Full payment must be received before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other valid reason.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within the timeframe mentioned in our Cancellation Policy.
Once production has begun or the order has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
